Serving the Sky Valley region of Snohomish County in Washington State, Food Rescue of Sky Valley (FRSV) strives to serve our local community and reduce the impact on the environment by reducing food and goods waste and re-distributing things that would otherwise go to waste to where they can be used the most. Everywhere around us things go to waste. In fact, the amount of stuff that goes to waste is staggering.

Our activities have grown beyond that of the traditional gleaning group; our dedication to environmental and social aspects of providing a service to our local communities have modernized our activity to be classified as a food recovery group or food rescue organization – both of which are a wave towards the world being a better, cleaner place. We truly love what we do and feel great about helping our neighbors and local communities with the work we do all year long.
